These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between Statnify (the “Application Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and each person who accesses the Statnify website, joins the early access program, or uses the Statnify service (“you”).
By checking the acceptance box, creating an account, connecting a shop, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Statnify.
1. The service
The initial Statnify service is a read-only reporting workspace for Etsy sellers. After the seller grants OAuth consent, Statnify may organize information from that seller's own authorized shop, listings, orders, receipts, transactions, payments, fees, and taxes into direct operational reports.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use Statnify for lawful business purposes. You must provide accurate account information, protect your Statnify credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Early access
Joining the early access list does not guarantee access, timing, features, pricing, API approval, or continued availability. Development features may change or be discontinued.
4. Authorized Etsy connections
You may connect only an Etsy account and shop that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Supported connections will use Etsy's OAuth authorization flow. You remain responsible for complying with Etsy's terms and policies. Statnify will request only the minimum approved scopes needed for the selected features. The initial version is intended to use read-only scopes and will not create, edit, delete, renew, publish, or otherwise modify Etsy content.
5. Initial application boundaries
The initial version does not scrape Etsy pages, obtain or store Etsy passwords, estimate third-party shop sales, rank competitors, create marketplace-wide product research datasets, manipulate Etsy metrics, divert Etsy transactions, or transfer Etsy API access or Etsy Member data to third parties.
The initial version does not use Etsy content or Etsy Member data to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, or operate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Any future functionality involving analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence will be offered only if Etsy expressly authorizes that purpose in writing and after these Terms and the Privacy Policy are updated as required.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Statnify to violate law, Etsy policies, or third-party rights; access accounts without authorization; bypass security or platform controls; scrape Etsy; distribute malware; send spam; manipulate marketplace statistics or engagement; infringe intellectual property; collect credentials; or harm Etsy, Etsy Members, Statnify, or other users.
7. Your data and permissions
You retain your rights in information you provide, subject to Etsy Members' ownership rights and Etsy's applicable terms. You grant Statnify only the limited rights necessary to securely receive, cache, organize, display, export, and delete authorized information for the purpose of providing the selected service. We do not acquire ownership of Etsy Member content.
8. Data freshness and availability
Etsy content can change frequently. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We design Statnify to follow Etsy's data-display and caching requirements, but you should verify important information in your Etsy account before acting.
9. Third-party platform
Etsy controls the Etsy platform, API, authorization flow, data availability, and access decisions. Etsy may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue API access or features. Statnify is an independent service and cannot guarantee continuing Etsy connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statnify is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and results. Reports are informational and are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statnify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunities, data, or goodwill; business interruption; or marketplace actions arising from or related to Statnify.
13. Suspension, disconnection, and termination
We may limit, suspend, disconnect, or terminate access where needed to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, Etsy requirement, API change, non-payment, or harm. You may stop using Statnify, revoke Etsy authorization, and request account deletion at any time. Effects of disconnection and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Support
Support requests may be sent to the monitored address support@statnify.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, API, legal, or policy changes. Where required, we will ask you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use connected features.
